DELIVERY IN THE UK
We charge a standard rate of £3.50 per order for standard delivery.
Postage to Highlands & Islands is £6.99 to postcodes HS, IM, IV, ZE.

FREE UK DELIVERY

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £35 when placed on our website ONLY.
At the moment all orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon – Fri) depending on how busy we are.
We dispatch using either Royal Mail, DHL depending on the size and weight of the order.
Royal Mail will take 2-5 working days after dispatch .
We keep a close eye on deliveries and up to now Royal Mail are delivering on time.

PLEASE NOTE:
Royal Mail will automatically try to redeliver the next working day after the first missed delivery.
If you're not home and your parcels won't fit through the letter box, posties will automatically redeliver the next working day. If nobody was in when they attempted to deliver the items to your address, Royal Mail will leave a red 'something for you' card.
There are three options for you to get the item in case you missed it:
- Arrange a free redelivery to your house.
- Arrange a free redelivery to an alternative local address.
- Arrange a free redelivery to a Post Office® and collect it from there.

It is advisable if you have ordered and know a delivery will be coming to make arrangements for someone to be at home, or leave a note of where the parcel could be left.
Please allow up to 10 days for your Order to arrive before contacting us regarding its whereabouts.
